Not to take away from the thread in place.  It Appears at first look this may 
be a case of Oxygen Toxicity.  The wrong deco bottle.  The final word is not 
in, but if it is what it looks like.  What good would his buddy have done at 
100 ft and the start of his deco?  There are more Serious problems going on 
here.  Charlie was aware of the buddy system he started out with two other 
divers.  Only they didn't subscribe to the standard call the dive routine 
where anyone calls at anytime and the dive is over for everyone. Had he done 
this the real problem that killed him might have been avoided by proper tank 
markings, and a buddy who saw the wrong mod mark
