yes long hose, no on double (depending on planned dive of course)

Keep it simple,  even a snorkle/mask is task loading to someone who has
used one before.

I can't answer that, but I don't thinks so. She is simply asking for help.

No, we don't but there is nothing wrong with learning from advance divers.

That is correct, she is new. But why shouldn't she DIR..? I'm not saying to
outfit her with doubles, stages, scooter etc...  Just to get her basic gear
configuration correct. Why is that wrong?
