Q: Just a simple question. If she is "Just OW", how far or what part of the DIR do you help get? I thought the DIR was a complete system. Q: Do you long hose and double up a OW diver? Q:Task loading with the configuration. Q:Would OW DIR just be the back plate and BC, long hose, second reg (open water know as an octopus) necklace? Q: Will start to think of herself as tech diver without the training, mentoring, and diving experiences. Q: Do we need George, Bill M., & JJ to define an open water DIR standard and configuration? I do not want to sound negative about this but is she rushing it a bit. By her own statement, she is s new ow diver. What does the rest of the world think? Capt J.T., Jim, other WPKK folks.
