To all subscribers: Today, a techdiver posting was forwarded to me. To the best of my knowledge, the recreational dive community has been = extremely cooperative and has respected the National Oceanic and = Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA's) efforts to protect the Monitor's = remains while, at the same time, providing access to the site.
