I am in search of a manual for a Navy Mark 15 rebreather for a friend. He 
told me he contacted NAVSEA and was told that they were unavailable and 
that if he chose to get one via the freedeom of information act they 
would severly edit it so that it would effectively be useless. Does 
anyone have access to one I could copy and does anyone know why NAVSEA 
has the restrictive attitude towards distribution of the manual?
