No, I have mine between my tanks held by surgical tubing, others fold it
along the manifold and have it held by tubing and yet others wrap it
around their neck.

When the vis is 0, or no buddy is available

Most divers that I know don't have to shift their gear, they reach back
and turn the valves. I can reach all three quite handily. As a matter of
fact if I am diving with someone who has to have me turn his air on
because he CAN'T, I assume it is a solo dive and immediately close my
isolation valve.
The only cave diver that I ever saw dive with his tanks upside down
recently killed himself in Little River outside Branford, Florida.
btw I use a posieden Uni Suit. I just stretch a little harder and if
needed push my elbow up with my other hand.
