Joel,

It is still this way in So Cal about Mix. If you want it, you need to mix it
yourself.
Most dive stores look at Mix like voodoo deathgas. I know of only one store in
So
Cal that will fill Mix and that is in Riverside (a loooong way from the ocean)
Sad.

Regards

Steve

Kevin, now I know the reason I cant get a fill in LA <g>

In all the years that enriched air has been on the market for recreatioanl
divers, California has been the slowest to pick up on it. Other than Larry
Elsivier up in Washington, and Wings Stocks in Santa Cruz -- does anyone
else there fill gas?

I tried to put a trip together about 18 mos ago and when I told them I
wanted nitrox they looked at me cross eyed -- when I said -- OK -- just get
me 10 bottles of oxygen, i'll mix my own -- they thought I was nuts.
Needless to say we didnt go there.

Snoop, sneak, look --- thats what you ae supposed to do.
