I fill air and gas on a regular basis for my customers and students. When I
go aboard a boat, or into the back of a dive shop, I snoop, I peak, I look,
I leer and I take mental pictures of how they are filling.

Joel, come to the Los Angeles / Orange County area. I have yet to find
someone doing it right !
