Um, of course this is all theoretical, but what cylinders are you
theoretically filling to a theoretical 4000 psi.

Theoretically, I have Heisers ( 140's ) and Fabers ( 72 and 95's ) that
theoretically get filled to 4K. The theoritical hydros every six months
indicate they theortically can handle it.

Theorertically,  if I band and manifold these cylinders into twins, I fill
to 8 K, right ??
