dont forget the $35 for usp oxygen - the $4k for an oxygen clean Haskel booster, the $1k for a good LP compressor to drive the booster and a cupla other K for quality pressure gauges, hoses, fittings etc. Filling oxygen to 3000 psi is no simple task.
