Where have you been Tristan?  What part of the last 
overweight/bondage wings deaths did you not understand?
Did you miss the part about trying to use a lift bag to
raise one of the overweighted/bondage winged victims?

Can you not yet figure that anything that constricts the
wings strongly enough when empty to 'reduce their profile 
in the water' is going to exert enough pressure on the 
inflated bladder to pop the OP valve before full inflation 
is achieved?

Let me know which parts of this you are still having trouble
with and I shall go over them in more detail.
