Interesting assumption, given that Hogarath isn't a set of gear.

Are you saying that the Hogarthian PHILOSOPHY doesn't apply in all 
conditions?

If that is indeed your point, I would suggest that you read JJ's post on 
what Hogarth is again.

It's on the web, at GUE's site.

I would say that Hogarth DOES apply to all conditions, and I would have a 
hard time diving with someone who thought otherwise.
