Tom -

On my wings, I've drilled 2 holes along the right edge of the backplate, about
5" apart.  Through each of these holes is a 1.5" loop of surgical tubing.  The
hose is held in place top and bottom by these loops, with about 18-24" free to
hang from the neck.  The hose stays under the right arm, mostly behind the
backplate, and easily pulls from the loops to whatever length you need.
