Well, guess it won't work with a zeagle, but my jacket has an open-ended
sleeve for an emergency cylinder, which I've binned (well, sold :-), so I
just stuff a loop of hose into that - works well.  Tried an inner-tube loop
on a cylinder, but wasn't happy - came out easy by accident, but not when
you wanted it.  I think that elastic shock cord would work better.

To attach things that I'm going to want in a hurry, I use ordinary
Fastex-type quick release connectors, with the "barbs" filed down. They'll
take a lot of normal jiggling/movement, but come off easily when needed
with a pull.
