Please do either make the complaint yourself, or assist students with this problem in making this complaint themselves, and being a witness and a resource for them. My only other suggestion would be to call Andrea at Lifeguard Systems (914) 339-7413. She recently wrote an article published in the (New York) SubAqua Journal, in which she discusses instructor/student harassment, and her failing instructor candidates every now and then on those grounds.
