i said, in a somewhat petulant mood but NOTHING next to the tone of much of
this list:

the person who said that animal protein is a MUST and vegetable porotein is
"bogus" for training knows NOTHING about nutrition.

perhaps you exagerate the person's intent when you quoted him?

because you now go on to say:

this is a LOT different from your previous "how many top athletes might be
swayed to become vegans..." etc.

again...pure conjecture...or at least it's your BELIEF.
it's no more sound thana religion.
if it makes YOU happy believe it...many people succesfully believe otherwise.
with no discernible detriment to their diving and one could EASILY argue
other benefits to their health.
you start to sound a bit like the divers who defend their RIGHT to be fat.

no more "enormous" than the body which proves the exact opposite.
