For those who do like to get away once in a while (like Tina and me), this was one of the highlights of the show. I also enjoyed the seminars that discussed tropical destinations, both the promotional ones and the others done by "ordinary" folks who wanted to share their experiences. I also thought the Saturday evening film festival was great. >Stopped by the Brownie's booth and was trying to >convert people to Hogarth rigging. I was surprised to see him there, since I thought he was just a technical advisor to the company. But his being there did make sense. But you can't blame them, with every tom, dick and harry SCUBA manufacturer getting into the "technical BC" market. SOMEBODY is buying this garbage, so there's money to be made - and Dick Long is no fool. Art Greenberg artg@ec*.ne* -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
