 Jammer,
Should you go to College without entrance exams?
Should you become a SEAL without completing the training for SEAL TEAM
members?
Should you be allowed to perform brain surgery on people without having
successfully completed the rigors of medical school?
Should you be allowed in the boxing ring with Mike Tyson, to have a shot at
getting your ear bitten off, or much worse, without first having proved you
belong in a championship bout? :)

If you haven't heard me clearly saying everyone has the right---but they
need to go through the appropriate training and pass the prerequisites
first, then you must have already found your way in to the ring with Tyson.
What's it like without an ear??? <grin>
Regards,
Dan
