I think that in order for something to change on a list it has to be prompted by the moderator. Otherwise, there is no way. Also, discussions like this are often considered off topic (they are on my list) because the question of how to converse on this list is not a techdiving question. It is an internet nettiquette question. I like this list a lot, I've learned quite a bit from it.
