I have been following this and other lists for some time and I'll have to admit that 99.5% of the messages are a pain but the .05% that shows up once in a while makes it all worth while. I have learned more practical information and improved skills on these lists than I ever did spending hundreds of hours & thousands of dollars on formal training.
