  Art, ours are not customized, I build them. They are not really fast -
between 150 and 200 feet per minute depending on gear - and the burn
time depends on the battery pack being used - 49-75 for the short one,
95-150 for the long one, depending on prop pitch setting. The magic of
these is the simplicity - something so-called "tech" divers do not
understand. 

  There really are only a couple of scooters that are not useless:
Arnold Jackson's, if you get them with out that ridiculous speed control
, and the Oceanic Mako for shallow diving.
