I would like to thank you for your candour in providing the facts to this   
incident.  Whilst there were mistakes made people can learn the from the   
death.  The fool is the person that rejects good advice or does not   
change their ways once they accept the wisdom of good advice.  Weirdly,   
today's Dilbert is loosely relevant an example:
