Subject: Headaches after diving

Can anyone shed any light on the why a diver would get headaches after a
dive?

Water temp : 65 deg F
Depth : Max 80 FSW
Dive Time: 65 Min
Gas: Air
Dive type: Non working 

I have tried to get the divers to drink plenty of water and am assured
that the diver is not skip breathing. Also the diver in question does
not drink alcohol.
