This is a classic: "equipment failure". He borrows equipment, already
stupid, and then does a planned deep air dive , more stupid. In other
works, years of great work, and he dies stupid,  the quintessential
"stroke", complete with proof . The dive industry and instructor groups,
all too stupid to get the message, continue to propagate this kind of
behavior.  HELLO!
