Mouth inserts as availiable in most dive stores, but with a difference,
the end that you remove from the valve before breathing from it is round for
nitrox, square for air, and missing(tapered to a point to make you have to fo[
sorry fight to get it out) for o2.
You have to remove it to breath from the reg, in the process you feel it, and
most times see it
I don't use tri or Hel so don't have a code for these, probably replace the air
one to tmix, ie square.
