Try the south of the UK - I am sure you are aware that dust
particulates/pollen etc is not a FL thing only - I'd suggest air bourne
pollution (solid particulate ie soot and "gas" CO/Co2/NO etc) levels etc in
the industrial belt of Europe are a higher level of concern for us poor Euro's
- Its intersting that I never have any problems on my vacations in Florida - I
always put it down to that good clean air you guys got ;-)

Please don't hide behind the "std" liability statement ......

Diving is a risk, every one of us knows that - every dive may be a DCI hit for
any one of us for any reason - same with a O2 tox, what we do is control the
risk it as "best" we can, If we wished to take that risk to zero there is only
one way and that is to stay out of the water, we play with and attempt to
control many other factors thats affect our diving safety - the bottom line is
we just don't know or understand it all - what about smoking, alcohol, diet,
stress, other drugs etc etc then theres the physical unknowns PFO's, Sports
tissue damage, obesity etc etc

didn't say it was, just commenting on the medical that is done over here
