Nobody in their right mind would say that Hogarthian config as it exists today is perfect. They would say... - It is very good - It is the best available (for the types of diving for which it is designed, which are quite broad) - Great effort has gone into and will continue to go into refining it. If you follow the logic and don't get distracted by what you already "know", then it will be an interesting read. Dive the best configuration and technique you can find. There is still no guarantee, but you do know your odds are better than if you hadn't.
