Does anybody out there use the 2-inch "half" D-rings (the ones with a 
lower profile than the standard D-ring) on a Hogarthian harness?  If 
so, do you use them for all your D-rings, or just on some of them?
Is it ever a *disadvantage* to use these in place of a normal D-ring?
