Now I'm REALLY confused. Rec diving is no-deco diving....so what is
diving that requires less than 15-20 minutes of deco called?

I dunno Chris, every dive I've ever made past 400 feet has involved pony
cylinders. My last several 400 feet dives were made using *only* pony
cylinders (5 of them - 2 13.5cf, 3 30cf, most came back to the surface
full). All my mixed-gas OC dives have used ponies. In fact, fighuring
out the best way to attach them, and where to put them, is a big issue.
On OC I used Pony Tamers; on the rebreather I use hose clamps to attach
them to aluminum brackets.

Aloha,
Rich
