Carl or anyone else:

Could you provide us with a little more background.  Why do these guys find it 
necessary to try and get WKPP's permit pulled?  Is there some particular 
reason why there can only be one permit at a time?  

Also, is there any point in writing letters of support for WKPP and 
acknowledging all the great assistance they've provided to the diving 
community via the internet?  If so, where would we send them and who would we 
address them to?  -KL
