Just for your information, there were BC's made with dual inflator mechanisims
to provide greater lift. 

Otherwise, If you need such a BC, I would think the Febzy would be the way to go
instead of CO2. The BC has the capability of rapid inflation, breathable air,
and is re-fillable of your main tank.
