Rod, I guess that you meant SCUBA ( as in self contained ) diving should be banned for this sort of activity ( commercial diving ). I can see that surface supply would have eliminated the problems due to lack of gas in this case. I hope that I am right and that some people are just getting a little bit over-excited ...
