I keep it over the hood to prevent water flow and so that if it does get
knocked around, I can easily fix it.

On the other hand, I can see the big problem that Chip is talking about
in surf or even rough water at the surface, and I can se what Bruic is
talking about not only in the share cluster but in any case, like
getting kicked in the face.

I carry a spare clipped off in my pocket, so that kind of covers all of
those problems.
