Yes this has gone on for years now. I especialy warn against using them to ship sensitive equipment ie. computer,s fragile items, etc. The last item that I allowed shipped to me, via UPS, was a book, and that was nearly ruined. 5 years ago. I find that Fed Ex and the USPS do a fine job. I also urge that if you cannot afford to lose the package, then Insure it. I also work from my home and if I am not here UPS will not leave a package for my business. FedEx has a one time waiver form and of course the USPS leaves you a yellow slip. I just cant believe that some one would ship a RB with UPS. That is like using Beauchat LP Steel 170's for stage bottles, or allowing UPS to play feetball with a RB.
