Grady,

This is total bull if it's true or not. When was the last time you heard
of an astronaut, or "mission Specialist", being trained on the day of the
launch. This is just another excuse for being poorly prepared for the
"mission". These guys haven't been prepared from day one, and this is just
one more example of Billy boys lack of proper leadership. Proper cross
training in ADVANCE would have allowed another diver to take this
individuals place on the "mission". Why should an entire dive be called
because of one persons misfortune? Are Stones divers so brain washed that
they "ALL FEEL THE PAIN"? Sounds like some weird SI-FI flick theme to me.

On a similar note. Has anyone asked why, if there are no American divers
diving, a local robbery would interfere with dive plans? Could it be that
some foreign vagrant has lost his shopping cart? - JT
