This is no WKPP advertisement, but a good pat on the back for a great product. If you see members of the WKPP telling everyone about this product, it's simply because they DO the dives and USE the equipment. Product spin offs from members only reflect the need for solid equipment that's not being produced by current manufactures. If a manufacture decided to develop and market gear that fit our needs (ie. Halcyon) we would use their equipment, and not bother in having to make it our selves. Berry's lights ARE one of the best constructed lights around. The clear Explorer 14 is the best light for deep. The Explorer Pro is the best for shallower dives and hard abuse. This may seem a contradiction, but the Explorer's acrylic construction is more ridged at extreme depth (will not alter shape). The polypropylene construction is more abrasion resistant and will not crack on impact. Either way both lights are good examples of fine craftsmanship, form, fit, and function. Given a choice of any light out there, you simply could not go wrong with an Extreme Exposure light. See for you self: http://www.extreme-exposure.com/lights1.shtml I hope this helps.
