I tend to agree with you, Rick. I'm just relating
what I was told. I would think you _could_ drain
them quicker at that depth (140) because of
compression and all but I don't do flow dynamics.
Even so, I think it would take a bit longer than 
a minute.

Why didn't he shut down his manifold? If I could
answer that then I might have to start answering
for all the stupid shit I see going on. I could
put forward that if he had independants . . .
