     There is a new artificial reef (chaudier) in the gulf islands, near 
     vancouver. I have never dove right in the city, but juudging from the 
     number of dive shops in Vancouver, it looks good.  For tech diving 
     charters and supplies see Frank Zarik at Aqua Sapiens, 604-985 DIVE. 
     Or Diversworld, 604-732-1344.
     
     If you come through seattle, stop at NOAA and take a tour of the dive 
     facility.

          can give me the scoop on the diving scene?
     
          Specifically:
     
          Are there plenty of wrecks?
     
          Are there charter boats available?
     
          Do folks dive trimix and is it locally available?
