Hi Rich
The Nik 5 body was flooded and the 35mm lens was flooded as well.
After sending it to NIKON for inspection and repairing, (fortunately
it happened in lake zurich, which is clearwater-lake) they told us that
the water entered through the body-lens connection.the water which flooded
the lens entered through the o-rings securing the aperture-knob.
