Paul,

And here in Switzerland,where the PADI-Europe HQ resides,they
offer a SPECIALITY COURSE,which covers the use of
a one-man submarine esp. for elderly and handicapped people.
Requirements are a PADI-Skindiver Certification & 15 logged snorkel-dives
plus a helicopter-license.
They run the courses in Lake Geneve
