We have used the Nikonos V and SB102 strobe deeper than 320ft with no 
problems. The film advance lever operated a bit tighter than normal 
which was probably due to the squeeze of the seal around the shaft. The 
strobe will probably fail before the camera and kill everyone in the 
process.  Maybe someday I will bring my system along.
