This is very good! The trick is to know when the goal exceed the abilities. Safe diving implies an equilibrium between comfort, knowledge, training and equipment. Should someone feel 'too' comfortable past 100 feet, he should seek for new knowledge and experience instead of just venturing in the unknown. I guess that the hardest part to stay a safe diver is to recognize our lack of knowledge, methods, equipment and training.
