I'm not associated with IANTD in any way, but I think the issue
concerning the small fragments of training ie, many small classes is
not valid since you can easily arrange a combined class which takes
you from point a to point b.  Whatever those points might be.

I would think that if IANTD only offered a class that included up to
technical Nitrox, there would be complaints from people who only wanted
a look see.  Lets face it, I don't think a day and a half course qualifies
a person to dive custom mixes since the main  or one of the main reasons to
go outside Nitrox I&II is for deco gases.  It would just seem prudent to
contact IANTD, tell them the level of use you want and have them tell you
an instructor capable of teaching those levels.  Then it would just be a
matter of arranging a combined class to get what you want.
