Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for the encouraging words!  It's funny, when I tell somebody 
"Watch out, cause it's easy to think you're good when you're really not.", 
the concept is crystal clear to me.  But I'm slowly realizing that it 
only make sense to people who already understand it.  The ones who don't 
understand it - who could most benefit from it - seem to look at it as 
just some more diving rhetoric.  I guess it's just one of those things that 
can only be learned - it cannot be taught....
