The free diving fins used by Billy ("what it takes to go below 70mtrs") Deans
are in fact designed specifically for deep diving.
Certain individuals use them to free dive (no tanks, just fins and wet suit)
"below 70mtrs".
However, they are less than efficient at propelling an underwater dive shop
and mobile advertising unit around.
