Subject: Apology to Frank Deutschmann

In my official capacity at ANDI International, I'd like to clarify some
confusion that might have occurred in a previous posting. 

ANDI  /  I recently stated that Frank "independently pointed out" that "50/50 as
a bailout gas has an MOD of 100 fsw".

Frank was referring to the ANDI textbook, and I was thanking him for making the
reference.

I did not wish to imply it was his belief or practice, only that GasDiver was in
error when he said ANDI says "its ok to pack a 50/50 bottle for bailout from 130
fsw."

I regret any confusion this may have caused.
