Here is a topic I am intimately familiar with. Deep on air is not safe when
other gases are available. Read the article in aquaCorps "call of the wah
wah". While a good part of it is inaccurate, some of it is not. I did not
write it or give permission for its publication, but I learned a lot that
day. When I realized my BC was not going to bring me up and I had to swim up,
the shit hit the fan, and quick. Tough way to learn a lesson, huh? Anyway, as
the days passed, I realized how lucky I was. Luck. Not part of my dive plan.
Deep on air-stupid.
