The site is somewhat difficult to get to. Then there is La Laguna de la Luna in the Nevada de Toluca volcano (also called Xinantecatl) just outside of Mexico City that is 4269 meters high. This one is easily reached. Lake Waian in Hawaii is 3962M, and Frozen Lake in California is 3921M. Pakistan supposedly has some(?) snow-melt lakes(?) at around 5000M but I have no info.
