Subject: high altitude dives
Okay ....   amazing what you can find out if you look!!

19,200 feet in nov of 1983, Brush, et al, dove Lake Licancabur in the 
Volcano of the same name, near/on the Chile/Bolivia border.

17, 280 feet in 1983 by a german diver in the lake that is located in the 
crater of Popcatepetl near Mexico City, Mexico

16,000 feet  -  Gokyo Tsho and Donag Tsho in the Himalayas by english 
divers using rebreathers.

14,200 feet Lake Pangong Tsho also in the Himalayas by Indian divers in 1988

14,000 feet La Laguna de la Luna in the Volcano Nevada de Toluca near 
Mexico City.  a common local dive spot.

okay ...  that's all that I have come up with so far.
