Thanks for the only response I've received.(I'd apprecate more)  So let me
see if I've got this straight.  IANTD, ANDI, and TDI are all more or less
following NOAA which is complete bulldoodoo.  There's got to be more to this.
 Will some of the people who are confident enough in their position to teach
or practice 1.3,1.4,1.5,1.6,etc. please comment.    So where do guppies like
me come up with an efficient way to manage risk, make informed decisions, and
not annoy the agencies headed by some of the longest surviving technical
divers around.  Argh...for as much as this persuit costs you'd think there'd
be a better way for the guppies to last long enough to enjoy this stuff
without giving up.....or having an "unpleasant" dive.
